How long will it take?
We build our shutters from start to finish, and that kind of quality takes longer to manufacture than mass-produced shutters. Every shutter panel we install is custom made according to our customers' exact specifications. Delivery usually takes about four to six weeks.

Will your shutters work with my windows?
Our shutters are custom made to fit, so they work great with any window - and with virtually any decor!

Can I do one window at a time?
You can do one window or your whole house. We keep your measurements on file to make it easy for you when you're ready for more shutters.

I have allergies - are shutters okay for me?
Here at Shuttermart, we care about your health and the environment. Our vinyl shutters are hypoallergenic, and we use only environmentally safe paints and wood stains. |

What kind of wood do you use?
We use only the best A-1 grades of basswood and poplar. Basswood is stable, and it takes paint and stain beautifully. Poplar is a hard wood that's tough and easy to clean.

Which is better, wood, vinyl or poly-clad?
It's a matter of personal choice. You may want wood shutters in your living room and vinyl shutters in your kitchen. Your designer will help you determine which is best for each room. Both last for years, and they're backed by our exclusive "Shuttermart Lifetime Warranty."

Do you offer financing?

How big is your delivery area?
We serve all of San Diego County. Unfortunately, we are not able to install shutters outside this area.

Can I pay extra for rush delivery?
We treat our customers equally - first come, first served. However, if you need your shutters by a certain date, please tell your Designer who will check for delivery times. |
